In addition, we were a cosignatory of an AFME-led submission (also co-signed by UK Finance) to the PRA’s DP3/23 discussion paper on securitisation capital requirements – available here.
In March, we were among a group of industry associations supporting an AFME-led joint submission to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on the disclosure templates under the EU’s Securitisation Regulation. The submission can be seen here.
