We have a packed programme of events after the summer. Check out the Events page of our website to find out about our Autumn Conference on 5 November and a number of forthcoming YPREF events, but here are a few more things that are not listed there:
12 noon UK, 6 September: Peter’s roughly six-weekly drop-in zoom meeting for YPREF key contacts.
2.30pm UK, 16 September: virtual meeting of a joint BBP, CREFCE and LMA group to discuss implementation of the BBP Acquisitions Sustainability Toolkit by CRE lenders.
4pm UK, 17 September: meeting of our Construction Finance Forum (with a focus on contractor insolvency and related risk management), hosted by A&O Shearman in London.
8.30am UK, 18 September: AGM and Q3 Board of Advisors meeting (open to those joining the AGM) – this is a hybrid meeting to be hosted by PGIM at their offices in Trafalgar Square in London. The formal Notice of AGM will go out 2-3 weeks before.
9am UK, 25 September: hybrid meeting of our Back Leverage Forum, hosted by Hogan Lovells in London.
5pm Ireland, 26 September: a site tour of Marlet’s College Square development in Dublin followed by networking for senior women in Irish real estate, organised by our Women’s Network and sponsored by A&L Goodbody.
And that’s just September! In October and November we have more meetings of the Construction Finance Forum planned, our Irish Autumn Seminar and Irish Forum meeting (hosted by William Fry in Dublin on 7 November), and our Frankfurt seminar (hosted by BCLP) followed by International Syndication Evening drinks on 14 November.
If you’d like to know more about any of these, please contact Peter or another member of the team.
