Borrower accounts

We are continuing discussions with member firms about the increasingly acute challenges around opening and maintaining traditional real estate borrower SPV bank accounts, where there isn’t a deposit-taking institution as lender. While it’s hard to tell whether we will be able to help resolve these problems, the forum to discuss them feels useful.
