Borrower SPV accounts

After a slightly longer hiatus than we intended, we held another meeting to discuss this issue on Friday morning this week. The discussion did not in the end focus on the draft two-pager explaining the issue and outlining a number of approaches for mitigating it; instead, the main topic was less the unavailability or cost of accounts (as previously), and more the long time it is taking to get accounts up and running (often after the first IPD).
