Construction Finance Forum - Building Safety Act

Following this group’s last meeting (focused on contractor insolvency), the plan is to use the next one, on the afternoon of 15 October, to share and discuss experiences of dealing with the BSA. As this is a topic where lenders mostly want to hear from developers (as well as other lenders and specialist advisers), we are keen to hear from developers with BSA experiences to share in joining the meeting (please drop Peter a line if that might be you).
