The European Commission has finally published the report of the Energy Efficiency First working group in which we and some of our members participated. The report, which reflects plenty of CRE finance input and includes our real estate finance sub-group paper at Appendix B, can be downloaded here. This was a really good initiative for us to be involved in, and we look forward to seeing what follows.
