Last week we attended a very interesting preview presentation of the results of the sixth annual IEIF research report about the French CRE debt market. Members can learn more about, and register to attend, the 2 October launch presentation in Paris (and in French) here.
The latest German debt market research report was launched by IREBS last week (in Frankfurt, German); an online, English language version should be available in early October. Both the French and German reports are available for purchase (ask Peter for the discount code for CREFC Europe members, but remember that survey contributors may have some level of complimentary access, as with the Bayes UK research).
Finally, another reminder that if you would like to be kept informed about the Frankfurt seminar we are running on 14 November, ahead of International Syndication Evening drinks (and hopefully with a site visit in between) you should let Peter know, if you haven’t already done so.
