Policy recommendations from the real estate industry for the next EU mandate

We were among 17 international and national industry groups that collaborated to set out real estate industry policy recommendations, which were submitted to EU policymakers last month. The paper – available here – focuses in particular on the need to drive long-term investment by prioritising competitiveness above regulation, and the role real estate can play in delivering the green transition.
