RICS Red Book UK Supplement

Back in March 2021, we submitted a response (available here) to the RICS review of real estate investment valuations led by Peter Pereira Gray. On 19 October, the RICS published a new UK Supplement to update the Red Book, reflecting the outcome of the review.
