The UK has launched a second significant consultation in this area. Hot on the heels of asking whether a UK Green Taxonomy would be useful (we are part of a real estate industry group putting a model response together – input welcome), the new consultation is about the energy performance of buildings regulatory regime, and can be accessed here. It’s focus seems firmly on residential EPCs, but significant points from the CRE perspective may yet emerge.
