Following the huge success of last year’s event the Ethnicity Committee are excited to host a bigger and better Speed Mentoring event aimed at those with less than 10 years’ experience.
Mentoring serves as a valuable resource that fosters personal growth. It assists individuals in recognising and reaching their career aspirations while also helping to pinpoint and address any deficiencies in essential skills and knowledge.
The intended outcome of this event is to provide mentees and mentors with a variety of perspectives in a short amount of time and for them to be part of a knowledge sharing experience without the time commitment of formal mentoring.
Mentors and mentees will be provided with resources to help navigate the mentoring process and there will also be an opportunity to network with other participants.
Allies and mentors are also welcome to register their interest.
