Please join us  for a fireside chat to discuss "Coaching Women: Changing the System not the Person" with author, executive coach and leader, Geraldine Gallacher. We welcome everyone  to attend and express their views on how to improve engagement in the quest of a more gender-equal world.

Geraldine launched the Executive Coaching Consultancy in 1994 and has since worked with top teams and individuals across a wide range of industries; her current clients include Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch,  Allen and Overy and Simmons & Simmons and many others. She has coached men and women through the different stages of their careers and sees her role and purpose in providing a catalyst for enhanced business performance, actively engaging men in the conversation. Not only a coach and leader, Geraldine is also a writer, Vice President of the City Women’s Network and a founding sponsor of ECC’s not for profit The Good Business Initiative.

This is a unique opportunity to engage with Geraldine, Arron Taggart (Head of UK Real Estate at Cheyne Capital) and Mariana Burns (Senior Associate at Fieldfisher) as they explore topics such as the double bind dilemma, confidence and the power of stereotypes, viewed through the lived experiences and personal journeys of leaders that Geraldine has coached. You can expect some straight talking! Geraldine’s immense wisdom and experience will land in practical suggestions to lead change.
