Future Leaders Day

As part of CREFC Europe’s DE&I agenda, in collaboration with Future Leaders, a not-for-profit leadership programme for young people, CREFC Europe and a number of its member organisations – Barclays, DekaBank, JLL, M7 Real Estate, RBC Real Estate Capital Partners and Simmons & Simmons, are holding an Industry Insights Day for 25 year-12 students on Wednesday 21 February. 

The day will involve the students working through a real estate case study – covering valuation, finance, legal and ESG aspects of a property purchase – and presenting to their “investment committee” (the industry participants) at the end of the day.
