We would like to invite you to join us for a breakfast presentation and review of the findings of the Bayes Commercial Real Estate Lending Survey for the year to December 2022 and the turbulent times ahead in 2023. The proceedings will commence with presentation of the survey results by Nicole Lux, followed by a panel discussion. The panel members will respond with their personal thoughts on the survey’s findings and a debate will follow. The debate will be prompted by questions that highlight current issues and potential future risks in the areas of ESG lending, the role of junior and higher risk debt and debt providers, the future of bank lending, suitable asset classes, etc.
