Nnaemeka Ezeh, Senior Associate, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner
Nnaemeka is a dual qualified lawyer (in Nigeria and England) and a Senior Associate in the BCLP real estate finance (REF) group focusing on structured and asset-backed finance transactions in the REF market.
He advises a broad range of clients across the credit and capital spectrum including alternative capital providers, corporates, financial institutions, and private equity sponsors, on cross-border structured REF transactions including back-leverage transactions, CRE loan-on-loan and structured repo financings.
Nnaemeka has spent time on secondment at Heathrow Airport Limited where he advised on a variety of commercial contracts. He is an active member of CREFC.
Ranamit Banerjee, Counsel, HSBC
Ranamit is a Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC in the Global Banking and Capital Markets division. He previously spent over a decade at Freshfields where he trained and practiced in the Corporate Finance team, including secondments to CarVal and the Freshfields’ offices in Hong Kong and Washington DC. His practice covered a wide range of debt instruments and he regularly advised on event driven and/or special situations financings.
Ranamit holds a law degree from Warwick and was Called-to-the-Bar as a Jamieson scholar before being admitted by the Law Society. He is also a member of the International Future Leaders working group at ICMA.
