The session will be co-hosted by Alston & Bird and Trimont, and is therefore a good opportunity to see how lawyers and asset managers would approach a new transaction differently and what they would look for in the documents.

The presenters will also discuss the latest trends in the real estate finance market generally and what they expect to see moving forward.
