In his role as Head of Treasury at Cromwell Property Group, Afraz Ahmed is responsible for banking and lending relationships in Europe, including raising new debt and managing existing facilities on behalf of its European funds and mandates. Additionally, he also provides advisory and execution services on hedging and credit risk issues.
Afraz joined Cromwell in 2021 from Varde Partners, where he set up and ran the treasury function for Europe and Asia over 13 years.
Afraz holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University.
