I hold an engineering degree with two masters MSc from INSA de Rouen and an additional specialized master’s in urban real estate management from ESSEC Business School. Born and raised in Casablanca in Morocco, I began my career in France, gaining experience on construction projects, followed by consultancy for a REIT on datacentres, focusing on asset conversion and urban planning. After relocating to Montreal in 2013, I transitioned to appraising commercial and industrial properties in the Greater Montreal Area. Later, I broadened my expertise to include feasibility studies and appraising hotels, waterparks, wellness and convention centres, across Quebec, Ontario, and the Caribbean area, leveraging my multilingual skills, including fluency in Spanish.

This journey led to earning my AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and my Fellowship FRICS within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
I served on the board of the Young Leaders Circle of the International Economic Forum of the Americas in Montreal and Paris (2017–2022), as well as the Quebec provincial board of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and the RICS Ontario board before returning to Europe in 2021. My contributions included, but were not exhaustive to, participating in AIC's Task Force group on the future of the valuation profession, translating IVS standards into French for RICS, and presenting the French Professional Practice Seminar on Standards for AIC.

In 2020, I was recognized as Canada’s Top Female Appraiser under 40 within the AIC.

Although I am based in Germany, I continue to actively contribute to AIC's national committees, including Accreditation and Admission, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, and the Women’s Group. Since 2023, I have also been part of the IVSC’s ESG working group, and in April 2024, I am officially taking up my appointment on the Tangible Asset Board of IVSC for the next three years.
In January 2023, I joined Aareal Bank, initially as part of the Credit Management division, where I oversaw assets securing loans totalling €2 billion across Canada, the UK, Spain, France, and the Netherlands. In November 2024, I transitioned to the Syndication team, focusing on optimizing risk exposure across diverse asset classes, across the UK, Europe, and Canada to support strategic decision-making.
