Dipali joined CBRE in 2017 and is responsible for leading a team of Asset Managers on primary servicing aspects of commercial debt, both investment and development financing.
Dipali has over 20 years of real estate finance experience across loan underwriting and transaction execution, restructuring and credit risk management. Dipali is a Mental Health First Aider and has co-chaired various DE&I committees and working groups at CBRE.
