Hello, I’m Ellie Kennedy, an Associate Director at CBRE, I studied Economics and at Bristol and have a Real Estate masters degree from Oxford Brookes. I’ve been at CBRE since September 2018, after joining on the Graduate scheme, and became a Chartered Surveyor in 2020. I’ve spent the majority of my team at CBRE in the Investment Advisory team in Capital Advisors. I now specialise in affordable housing, helping to bring schemes forward and bring more institutional capital to the sector. Our team recently moved to CBRE’s Residential Capital Markets team.
