Has led teams responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of real estate financings including whole loans and mezzanine facilities, working closely with senior and junior lenders in the market in order to underwrite and co-ordinate financing solutions across the entire capital stack. He also led the bank’s loan asset management platform across the investment and development finance loan book and is the bank’s lead on the execution and distribution of strategic balance sheet management and liquidity transactions for its real estate loan portfolio. Was appointed as Head of Real Estate for the UK Corporate Bank in July 2021.
