Lucinda Parkhurst is a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in the Financing Coverage team. She joined Deutsche Bank’s Commercial Real Estate group in 2005 and has over 19 years of experience across CRE lending, CMBS and loan syndication. Lucinda is currently responsible for CRE loan syndication at Deutsche Bank for transactions across the UK and Europe. She holds a BS in Finance and Management from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School).
Lucinda is a dedicated advocate for women in real estate. Throughout her career she has been actively involved in recruitment and mentoring. She has benefitted from the support of other senior women over the years and is committed to helping nurture the next generation of female talent in the industry. She has also been a contributor to the Net Zero Banking Alliance (NZBA) in recent years.
