Matthew Phillips is a Partner at Valor Real Estate Partners and Head of Finance & Operations. Matthew has been at Valor since fund inception completing more than 100+ transactions and leading the financing, deal structuring, and operations of all fund assets across Europe, sitting on the asset management/leasing committee. Previously, he worked at Lazard’s Real Estate M&A team, advising blue-chip institutions across a range of asset classes. He trained as a Chartered Accountant at PwC and is an ICAEW member. He holds a combined honours degree in Classics, French & Economics from Durham University.
