Meadhbh is Chief Operating Officer for CBRE Ireland Advisory, with responsibility for Corporate Services, creating and leading strategy across the Irish business, responsible for developing and bringing new business lines to formation. Meadhbh is a member of the Irish Board, Executive sponsor of CBREs Balance in Business Board, and established CBRE Irelands Womens network. Prior to assuming this role in 2022 Meadhbh was CBRE Irelands Head of Legal, a member of the EMEA legal strategic board. Meadhbh joined CBRE in 2015 as a Legal and Compliance analyst, was appointed to Director – Head of Legal in 2017, and promoted to Senior Director in 2019. Meadhbh has over 10 years Commercial Real Estate experience. Meadhbh qualified as a lawyer in 2016 Meadhbh leads strategic development, growth, change and operational excellence, directing cross-functional talent pools. She has lead digital, cultural and business transformation, spanning people, process and technology, to realise savings and achieve excellence. Meadhbh applies her legal, compliance and operational acumen to make a difference and challenge the status quo. Before joining CBRE Meadhbh was AVP on Blackstone's Legal and Compliance team. Setting up Blackstone's first Irish AIFM, held PCF functions in both their MiFID and AIFM entities. Meadhbh qualified as a solicitor in 2006 starting in private practive, she then Allied Irish Banks as a Real Estate solicitor and during the time qualified as a LCOI compliance designate. Meadhbh is passonaite DE&I advocate, focusing on bringing together, mentoring, growing and challenging leaders to increase diversity at senior levels across Commercial Real Estate.
