Patrizia Catanese is an Assistant Vice President within Morningstar DBRS’s European Commercial Real Estate Ratings team with over 15 years of experience in debt service and structured finance with a specific focus on European CMBS.
Patrizia is passionate about improving gender diversity in the commercial real estate and financial services industry and currently co-leads WIN DACH, Morningstar Women Initiative Network for Germany and Switzerland.
She joined Morningstar DBRS in 2021 and she is located by the Frankfurt office. Previously she worked for Goldastar Research, Morgan Stanley Mortgage Servicing and Hatfield Philips/LNR, all based in London. Patrizia holds a Master degree in Real Estate Finance from Reading University in UK and a first degree in Economics from Cattolica University in Milan, Italy. Patrizia is a certified member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) since 2009.
