Prior to joining Chatham Financial, he spent six years at Lloyds Bank, where he advised corporate clients on manging financial risks. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance from Cardiff University,
Ross is a passionate advocate for diversity, with a particular focus on social mobility and its intersectionality with other dimensions of inclusion, previously setting up a 1-week introduction to financial markets for sixth form students from ethnic minority backgrounds and tutoring GSCE / A-Level students through the Access Project at a previous employer.
