Sammy Farrell is a Vice President in the European Debt Asset Management team at Starwood Capital. Based in London, Sammy manages a subportfolio of the loan book across the UK and Europe covering all real estate asset classes, including construction and investment financing. She has led on numerous recapitalisations, restructurings and amendments to transitional business plans as well as implementation of an ESG assessment tool across the portfolio.
Sammy joined Starwood in 2018, after four years in an asset management firm working in the investor reporting and UK investment underwriting teams and where she was a founding member of the Junior Board.
