The updated edition of this toolkit is now live following an excellent launch event last week (hosted by M&G Real Estate, and with Zoe Lamb from Barclays amongst the speakers). It has benefited from lender input, and is a flexible and customisable tool to help lenders, as well as asset buyers and sellers and others involved in transactions, to identify and manage sustainability risks and considerations.
The toolkit is freely available here, and we encourage CREFC Europe members to use it.
