Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee

Formed in 2023, the mission of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee is to:

• Raise awareness of mental health challenges in the real estate sector and promote an inclusive industry culture that recognises and addresses the mental health needs of this community.
• Focus particularly on the challenges affecting ethnic minorities, LGBTQIA+ individuals and other underrepresented groups within real estate.
• Provide a dedicated platform for mental health and wellbeing initiatives, tailored to the diverse professionals within the real estate industry.
• Create opportunities for education, support and development in mental health, with a focus on the intersection of mental health inclusivity and diversity.
• Collaborate with other networks to integrate mental health, inclusivity and diversity into industry practices
